FILL OUR QUESTIONNAIRE
After our phone conversation, and/or buying the package, we will send a detailed 'Discovery Client Questionnaire' with questions about your needs, style, budget, lifestyle, etc.

WELCOME PACKAGE
Once we received the questionnaire responded by you. You will receive a 'Client Welcome Package'. We’ll set up a design consultation via phone video, where we talk through your thoughts, desires, problem areas and challenges. This conversation is about 40 minutes of meeting - depending on how many rooms you want to be designed.

MEASUREMENTS & PHOTOS
Now you will have to do a little homework. But easy and it's an exciting time! We are starting to work directly with the space(s). We'll guide you how to take detailed measurements and photos of the room that you want to design.

HOW DOES IT WORKS?

CONCEPT-MOOD BOARD
You'll receive a e-board showing the vibe of the room, including inspiration images of rooms, colors, and other elements that inspire you.

FURNITURE LAYOUT
You'll receive 1 layout of your room((s) in scale, including furniture placement guidelines. Why do we start with floor plan first? We believe that form follows function, so it’s better to figure out the right floor plan that will support your life style and functional needs, then source items that fit both your style and space size.

FURNITURE & MATERIAL SELECTION
Based on the furniture layout selection we will search and select the pieces that fits the layout, and work with your style and needs. You will receive a PDF file via email with a collection of the items for the room in study. After that you have a week to approve or not the items selected. We would send a 2nd option for each item that you dislike. We rearrange the board collection, and resend to you, with the shopping list of each item suggested for the room(s).

SHOPPING LIST / GUIDE NOTES & SUPPORT
​
You'll receive the full shopping list of your room(s) project, including the grand total for each space. Each item has its own link to the specific vendor, with detailed information about the product, shipping etc..
As well you would receive guidelines on implementing your design, if needed.
If you need a little more support implementing the design plan we still offer you two weeks (10 days), for free, via texting and email. Note: this is offered in a period of a month, once you receive the final design package.
