The full interior design service is the most complete service when designing with us.  The process is organized into phases and developed in the sequence that follows below. This is most of the time a collaborative process that the client and the designer work together to enhance the design.  This service includes spaces renovations, kitchen & bathrooms renovations, furnishing layouts development, purchasing & installations and project management.

 

 

PHASE 01 

DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

• Define the client’s style, needs and lifestyle through questionnaire’s, meetings, etc.

• Survey the space to be designed: take measurements and photos.

• Create a floor plan with furniture layout, if necessary; wall(s) demo, new finishes, new lighting, etc.

• Create a budget plan

• Create a schematic design board with all proposed furniture and accessories

• 3D visual image (Optional by Flat Fee)

 PHASE 02 

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

• Detailed and technical drawings for construction, created with the use of professional software

• Refinement of concept design

• Initial quoting & estimating with resources and contractors

• Creating a budget spreadsheet document

PHASE 03 

PURCHASING MANAGEMENT

​

• Quote items with designer's discounts

• Support client with payments

• Set up deliveries dates

• Assist deliveries & installations

• Take care of returns (when necessary)

PHASE 04

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

​

• Get quotes from different contractors (if needed)

• Support client with payments to contractors

• Assist client with building/city approvals

• Coordinate work and dates with contractors

• Visit job sites to make sure that work is done properly with plans
